Our church offers Pre-authorized Giving, which allows you to make donations on a scheduled, automatic basis. If you are writing checks and preparing envelopes every week why not leave it to us. Give Pre-authorized giving a try!

How to get started

To set up Pre-Authorized Giving, complete the authorization form below and simply Submit it.

Gift Policy and Procedures

Charitable Receipts: To receive the appropriate documentation you need for tax purposes your name and address must be clearly identifiable on your envelope. For gifts made by mail at year end, Revenue Canada regulations require that the postmark stamped on your envelope bear the same year as that for which you intend to receive credit for the gift. We are precluded by law from crediting in December any gift received by mail postmarked in January of the subsequent year. Receipts are distributed no later than February 28th of the next year.

Designated Gift Policy: Spending of Funds is confined to programs and projects approved by the Board of Directors. Each contribution directed towards an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the Board of Directors, the remaining designated contributions will be used where needed most.
